At BuyAbhi, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience.
1. Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different from their description. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue. This reporting period does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the return conditions stated on the product page.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number, product details and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested where relevant. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where feasible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. We will communicate the applicable refund details and timeline.
4. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation. Cancellation depends on the order's processing and dispatch status. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and charges depend on the reason for the return and the applicable product terms. We will communicate any charges before completing an approved return, subject to applicable law.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and where the conditions were disclosed before purchase. This does not remove applicable rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.
